Once a consultant has reviewed your CV they will conduct an initial telephone interview with you to assess your suitability for our current vacancies. If sucessful you will be invited in to meet with one of the team and complete our registration process.  Prior to this we require you to complete an online test the results of which will be sent to our legal team.

At the face to face interview you will be expeted to talk through your CV and experience, and will be given information on potential roles along with general career advice.  

Interview Process

The Interview - one of our consultants will conduct a thorough face to face interview which will include discussion of your relevant experience to date and your career aspirations. The entire interview process should take approximately 45 minutes.

Certification - when you attend your interview you will be required to bring original copies of your valid passport (visa if relevant), academic certificates and proof of adress

Referencing – at the interview you will need to bring contact details of referees for the last 5 years of employment. This should include email addresses. Should you wish to provide written references, we will ask to see the original documents.

Other Details – if you are seeking temporary work please ensure you bring your current bank details, National Insurance Number and P45 to the interview.
